Coming in 2025:

First Steps Shoe Drive

 

As our first official initiative, Soleful Steps will launch the First Steps Shoe Drive—a campaign to provide brand-new footwear to 100 local students in need, including children from military families and young athletes in Spokane and surrounding areas. We’re currently building partnerships with schools, local retailers, and donors to bring this vision to life.

This project is just the beginning. Our goal is to grow this effort into an annual tradition, impacting more lives with every step.

What’s Ahead

 

Our project roadmap for 2025–2026 includes:

• Building partnerships with local schools and sports teams

• Hosting our first back-to-school shoe giveaway

• Launching a shoe drive for military families

• Developing our “Athlete’s First Step” grant program
